If I remember correctly this amazing album is from 2006. Back then I had a job where I was in a different town or city every day. Every now and then I was in London, and able to visit my life-long friend Reflexicon. When I did we would cook a meal, share a bottle of wine (or 2) and listen to the new music each of us had produced. We both had amazing albums to share in that era. This one was and remains an absolute standout. This is Reflexicon in all his emotive joy - which is ironic because there's sorrow in this beautiful album too. This is an album to pull at all your strings until you feel like one of those teddies that the dog enjoyed all day.....
For all that, you will actually feel restored by it, it is amazing, let it pull you apart and then put you back together again. Like life, and the life we have been given. Feel the joy, even in the hardship....
